

Phil Warner in the past few years served as campaign director for The Salvation Army, the Works: Ohio Center for History, Art, and Technology, the Licking County Aging Program, the Food Pantry Network, The Wyatt Adkins Heart Organization, and Center for Disability Services all of Newark, Ohio. He has also provided campaign direction for the National Plastics Center of Leominster, Massachusetts; the Alabama National Guard of Birmingham, Alabama: Bishop Fenwick High School, Peabody, Massachusetts; Mount Macrina Manor, Sisters of Saint Basil the Great, Uniontown, Pennsylvania; and hospital campaigns in Saginaw, Michigan; Rockford, Illinois; and Hartford, Connecticut.
Among his planning study clients were the Dominican Sisters, Nashville, Tennessee; the Diocese of Wilmington, Delaware; Community Agency Partnership, the Licking County Aging Program, the Wyatt Adkins Heart Organization, and Center for Disability Services all of Newark, Ohio; St. Joseph College, Brooklyn, New York; and Bishop Fenwick High School, Peabody, Massachusetts.
Mr. Warner directed thirty-three (33) campaigns and thirty-five (35) planning studies. Notable campaign clients included: Little League Baseball of Williamsport, PA; Babe Ruth Museum, Baltimore, MD. In addition to Bishop Fenwick he conducted high school campaigns for Sheboygan County Christian High School, Wisconsin and Westminster Christian Academy, Huntsville, AL.
Prior to developing his own independent consulting organization, Mr. Warner was employed by leading nation-wide consulting organizations: Ketchum, Inc., and Carlton & Company. Before becoming a fundraising professional Phil Warner had been associated with the Boy Scouts of America since 1964, both as a Council Executive and a District Executive. He served councils in Western New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
Mr. Warner was a graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in biology. He completed the Dale Carnegie School for Effective Speaking and Human Relations. He is a past Rotary President, current 50 year Masonic lodge member, member of Central Christian Church of Newark, Ohio (Disciples of Christ), a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association, member of the American Legion, and has served in many capacities with various United Way organizations. He was a resident of Newark, Ohio.
