Every once in a while, you meet a persion that you instantly like.  That's how it was when we first met Bill years ago when Guardian first started with their Navision project.  And over the years, the feeling has just increased.  His knowledge, his sense of humor, his respect for others working with him just made every project that we did with him a joy to do.  We will miss him greatly.
We pray that God will give comfort to his friends and family in this time of need.

I knew from our first interview in 1999 that Bill was the type of person best suited for our Company and its unique style of personal ownership, cooperation, workmanship, management and leadership.  

Always a gentleman with his calm, reassuring voice and his smart and tireless work ethic, Bill took our seemingly unworkable IT problems and he made them possible.

My condolences to Sharla and the entire Reese Family. You have lost a great Husband, Dad, Son and Brother.  

At Guardian we mourn the loss of one of our Family as well. We trust that your memories of Bill are as warm and affectionate as ours.

I'd like to share that I had met with Bill and asked a question about some software. Rather than answer the question of whether or not the software was capable, Bill responded shortly after saying, "It didn't before, but it does now." This, for me was an early indication of what a great person Bill was in addition to his talents. For Sharla and family, my deepest sympathy for all of you. Bill will truly be missed.

I have so many great memories of our time together at Seymour Johnson.  Most of them out in the smoke pit where we solved most of the squadrons problems.
