Ashok Kumar Marwaha was born on August 6th, 1958 in Faridkot, India, to parents Prithvi Raj Marwaha and Anita Marwaha. As a teenager, he moved to California with his family where he finished his schooling.
In 1984, he returned to India to marry Neeti Beri, and shortly after, they returned to the U.S, where they ultimately had two daughters - Pooja and Supriya. Ashok’s entire career spanned the metals industry, where he had become quite the well-respected expert. In 2018, the family moved to Georgia to partake in a business venture and have called it home since.
In his free time, Ashok enjoyed horse racing, the outdoors, keeping up with the stock market, spending time and laughing with his loved ones and of course, a little poker.
A celebration of life service for Ashok will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home & Crematory, 135 Senoia Rd, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269.
