

Mrs. Love was a homemaker most of her life, working as a legal secretary before raising her children. She met the love of her life and was married on June 15, 1957 to Edward F. Love. They lived together in Peachtree City for over 45 years. She was a devoted Catholic where she served as a volunteer and on the Women's Guild at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Hope was the pillar of her family, selfless in caring for her husband, children, grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. There was always music playing in her home. Her favorites were Perry Como and Ann Murray. Her fond memories were had with visits to Houghs Neck, MA and St. George Island, GA were she loved the ocean and beach.
Hope was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Stephen Love; and son-in-law, Michael Rogers.
She is survived by her Husband Edward F. Love of Peachtree City, GA; son, Paul and his wife, Irene Love of Douglasville , GA; three daughters, Cheryl Rogers of Moreland, GA, Sharon Love of Hogansville, GA, and Maureen Love of Sharpsburg, GA; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was loved so much and will be dearly missed by so many.
A Funeral Mass will be held 9:00 am on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, GA with Father Murphy officiating. Interment will be held at Forrest Lawn Memorial Park, 656 Roscoe Road in Newnan, GA. Family will have visitation from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Carmichael Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA with a Rosary held at 7:30pm.
