Bobbie Payne

Visitation is 1:00-2:00pm Friday, November 16, 2012 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will follow at 2:30pm in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

She was born Tuesday, April 8, 1930 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Robin Irvin Pace and Elba Bonner Pace. She was a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church in Florence. A devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and will be remembered for the beautiful crocheted keepsakes she created.

She was preceded in death by her husband, M.L. Payne, who went to Heaven on December 6, 2010.

Survivors include son, Robin Payne and wife Sheron; daughter, Janice Luna and husband Sean; sisters, Doris Byrd and Joann Butler; grandchildren, Robin Farish, Rebecca Sanders, Kim Floyd, Teri Coody, Brandi Sypolt and Christina Oakley; great-grandchildren, Krystina Farish, Hunter Floyd, Fisher Floyd, Brittany Coody, Morgan Coody, Magen Sistrunk, Brandon Hackler, Tiffney McComb, Brendan Oakley, Jacob Oakley, Caitlyn Oakley, Felicity Hayes and Callie Hayes; great-great-grandchildren, Tori Sistrunk, Cheyenne Sistrunk, Skylar Floyd, Denise Hackler, Caitlyn McComb, Zachary McComb and Wyatt McComb; and her beloved canine companion, Tiny Payne.
