DeAnna was a truly beautiful soul. Loyal to family and friends, she enjoyed sharing the interests of those she loved- if you were fond of it, she was too. She knew no strangers, and was a mother to anyone and everyone she came in contact with. This showed especially with her personalized “Happys”; a way to brighten your day even if she wasn’t near. Her easy going personality allowed her to experience much in this life, and she relished in every adventure. No matter what DeAnna did, she was ALL IN!
DeAnna liked to travel, especially to the beach or camping, and was happy to attend “Cruisin’ the Coast” each year with her husband. Christmas was her favorite time of year, and her family looked forward to her special stockings full of unique treasures. Her creative and imaginative spirit kept her busy, and she could often be found designing the details in her garden, or solving the challenging word puzzles she loved. Everyone knew “coffee time” was her favorite part of the day.
She met her husband, Elton, in 1999, and after many years he proposed to her on the jumbotron at one of their beloved Mississippi Braves baseball games. They married on Biloxi Beach, July 4, 2008, and each year celebrated their anniversary with a personalized fireworks display that Elton created just for her.
In addition to her husband, Elton Dean, Jr., DeAnna is survived by her daughters, Jenaya Miller (Casey), Danielle Dominski (Eric Timms) and Tanisa Rocha ; son, Adam Dean ; grandchildren, Emmilee, Alanna, and Nova Dean; best friends, Christle Pierre (Ronald) and Tina Hodges (James) , and Lauren Peel and her daughter Marilynn.
DeAnna Dean- a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished.
