Helen Casaver

Helen was born to Charlie and Laura Warren on November 27, 1925 in Benton, MS and spent her childhood in Carthage, MS and moved to Jackson to attend Business College to study accounting.

While working as a bookkeeper she met her husband Ted during World War II. They raised four children, Linda Ross (Paul), Gene Casaver, Sharon Wright, and Mary Yvonne Hudson (Danny). Her 8 grandchildren, Lisa Lee, Mitzi Krietemeyer (Mike), Jason Nelson, Daniel Hudson (Sissy), Brian Hudson (Laura), Tonya Burke, Jessica Inman (Mike) and Tracey Kramer (Shawn) were the light of her life along with her 22 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband Ted, her parents Charlie and Laura and sisters Mary Pauline (Polly) and Charlene Chamblee.

Her Alta Woods Baptist Church family anchored her service to the Lord. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

Visitation will be held at Baldwin Lee Funeral Home, Pearl on Saturday, May 7, 2016, from 12:00 until 2:00 pm. Services will be at 2:00 pm with burial at Lakewood Memorial Park.
