Ivene H. Hilton, 84, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015. She was born November 23, 1930 in Utica, MS to Ivy and Ruby Hackler. She had two powerful loves in her life; the love of her Creator Jehovah, and her love of people; thus the ministry work was most important to her. She was a member of Springridge Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Jackson, MS.
Mrs. Hilton is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Densel W. Hilton; son, Dwight Hilton; and sister, Virginia Leming.
She leaves behind her only daughter, Kathi Eakin and son-in-law, Robert; grandchildren, Philip Matthew Cove of Australia, Heather O'Quin of Smithdale, MS, and Chase Eakin of Brandon, MS; and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 171 Timberlawn Rd, Jackson, MS 39212.
