Visitation will be held from 5pm - 7pm Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be at 11am on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Champion was born in Spiro, Oklahoma to the late Murray B. and Minnie V. Champion. He was a member of the Forest Hill Masonic Lodge.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and son, Charles Thomas Champion.
Mr. Champion is survived by his wife, Josie; children, "Champ" Champion, Jr. and wife, Linda and Ben Champion and wife, Sue; grandchildren, Allen, Margaret, and Virginia; and great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Ashleigh, Katie, Madi, Jacob, and Brayden.
