Jerry Ann Middleton

Visitation will be held 4:30-7:30pm, Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 7:30pm in the funeral home chapel. Entombment services will be 11:00am, Friday, September 5, 2014 in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Laurel.

Jerry was a member of Truitt Memorial Baptist Church in Pearl. A loving and devoted daughter, mother and sister, Jerry ceased her career in the insurance industry to be a caregiver for her family.

Survivors include mother, Helen Kervin; daughters, Kim Middleton, Shelley Middleton and Ragan Middleton, and their father, Dwight Middleton and his wife Gail; brother, Charles Kervin; sister, Betty Harris; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Kervin, and brother, Jimmy Kervin.
