Visitation will be held Sunday, March 17, 2013 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00pm Monday, March 18, 2013 in Rosemont Gardens.
Mr. Whitehead was born Tuesday, September 20, 1932 in Jackson, a son of the late James Randolph Whitehead and Bessie Alma Husbands Whitehead and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Carolyn Evans Whitehead; son, Jimmy Michael Whitehead and his wife Violet; grandchildren, Justin, Nicole and Blake Whitehead; great-grandchild, Brance Whitehead; several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
