Mr. Michael Brad Staton

Michael Brad Staton, 42, passed away on March 28, 2018, at Mount Sinai Hospital in Astoria, NY.

A memorial service will be held at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl on April 28, 2018, at 3:00 pm with visitation from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Michael attended Woodville Heights Elementary, Siwell Middle, Forest Hill High and Ole Miss where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/ Technical Design and Production. He worked as a technical intern in lights, sound and props at New Stage Theatre for a year. He also worked at several radio stations in the Oxford area and was known as "Country Mike".

In 2010 he moved to NY and worked as Cruise Director/ DJ for Spirit Cruises and at the School of the Holy Child as Threatre Technical Director.

He is survived by his father, Gary Staton (Cary); mother, Nelda Lee Staton (Jerry) and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
