Myrtle Floyd Hart

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Friday, September 2, 2016, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 10:00am, Saturday, September 3, 2016, in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Braxton.

She was born February 24, 1933, in Simpson Count, Mississippi, a daughter of the late William Tommie Floyd and Annie Gertrude Smith Floyd.

Mrs. Hart was a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Florence.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Luroy Hart, Jr., daughter, Sylvia H. Barlow, brother, W.T. Floyd, and sister, Pauline Evelyn Floyd Willis.

Survivors include son, Tommie L. Hart; daughter, Mary J. Hart; brother, Harold G. Floyd; grandchildren, Jerry Barlow (Melissa), Danielle Robbins (Henry), Matthew Hart (Alicia), Kimberly Hart, and Amanda Hart; and great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Davis, Lacy Barlow, Desi Barlow, Jayden Barlow, Andrew Barlow, Logan Hart, Ashley Hart, and Isabelle Hart.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church in Florence, or to the family for assistance with final expenses.
