Celebration of Life Services will be held from 1:00pm until 3:00pm, Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl.
Ms. Martin was a great mother and homemaker, and was happiest when cooking and baking for family and friends. She was also an animal lover and enjoyed visiting the mountains.
Her true passion in life was playing tennis. She was known and admired for her excellent tennis skills and friendly manner with her classmates at Central High School in Jackson, Mississippi, where she was nominated "Most Athletic" her senior year of 1968.
Ms. Martin is survived by her children, Craig Boutwell (Brandi), and Timothy Boutwell (Alexis); siblings, Norma Jean Gober (Don), and Benji Reid Horn; grandchildren, Kayla, Bryce, Walker, and Hadley; uncle, Billy Joe Messemore (Sharon); nephews and nieces, Daron, Billy Ray, Paige, Amanda, Donnie, and Justin; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe B. and Margie Nell Horn; and brother, Joseph Horn.
