He was born November 8th, 1956 in Jackson, MS to Lloyd Phillips and Patsy Gonia Phillips. He lived most of his life in Florence, MS where he enjoyed racing anything with an engine, being the life of the party, and caring for his kitty babies. Ricky was a lifelong handyman, capable of fixing anything from motorcycles to air conditioners. He also proudly served in the Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his eldest sister: Frances Phillips, both of his parents, his best friend and brother-in-law, Mike Holloway, and many more cherished friends. He is survived by: his sister, Kay Phillips Holloway of Florence, MS; his sister, Karmen Breazeale (Jeff) of Augusta, GA; a niece and three nephews, and his beloved cat, Big Daddy.
