March 1, 1933 – June 10, 2021
On the morning of June 10th Mrs. Ruth Peagler of Pearl, MS left the earthly home that she had been traveling through for the last 88 years behind and took her place in the kingdom of heaven. There is no doubt that she was received with open arms by her Lord and Savior, who she served diligently during her time here on earth.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 12:00 noon until 2:30 at First Baptist Church of Pearl with funeral service immediately following. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
Mrs. Peagler was a long time resident of Pearl and owned and operated ‘Ruth’s Beauty Shop’ until just a few years ago. She was especially dedicated to her senior customers, often going to them when they needed her services or picking them up when they needed a ride to her shop.
