Visitation will be held 9:00-11:00am, Monday, July 21, 2014 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel with interment in Lakewood Memorial Park.
She was born Tuesday, September 25, 1923 in Meridian, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Asa C. White and Virgie Wallace White. She
lovingly served families and children in the Rankin County Community for many years with the Trinity Baptist Church Daycare in Pearl and she attended Antioch Baptist Church in Pearl.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlis E. Pinson, Sr. and son, Lewis C. Warren.
Survivors include sons, David C. Pinson and wife Jean, and Carlis E. "Pete" Pinson, Jr.; daughters, Linda Gilbert and husband Keith, and Virginia Seep; sister, Thelma Guthans; nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
