Shawn was born September 10, 1964, in Phoenix, Arizona. His meticulous, artistic nature served him well throughout his career as a lithographer. At the time of his passing he was employed by Taylor Made Labels. In his free time Shawn enjoyed camping, fishing, football, yardwork, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Stratton.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Ashley Miles Stratton; son, Logan Thomas Stratton; mother, Marsha Stratton; and many friends whose lives he touched.
