The family will hold a private service.
Born February 23, 1946 in Mexicali, Mexico to the late Simon and Raquel Gonzalez, he was an easy-going, good-hearted gentleman. Teddy was known as produce manager from local grocery stores for the past 30 years. His kind spirit meant he often gave discounts to senior citizens on fixed incomes. A talented cook, Teddy also made delicious meals for the holidays that his family always thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, he crafted famous homemade salsa that was highly requested. Free moments were often spent with his loved ones or listening to vinyl records of Freddy Fender, The Beatles, or Creedence Clearwater Revival. Teddy's sweet and giving personality will be so dearly missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Cynthia Gonzalez and four siblings.
Teddy is survived by daughter, Lisa Lipscomb; sons, Scotty Craft and Thomas Craft; three living siblings; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.baldwinleepearl.com for the Gonzalez family.
