He was born on October 9, 1953, in Tupelo, Ms.
Terry was employed with Hudspeth Regional Center in Pearl for many years as a Safety Officer. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Even though Terry was a quiet person in his free time he liked watching Nascar.
Mr. Claunch is preceded in death by his father and stepmother, James Haskell Claunch and Betty Lee Claunch; mother, Mary Lee Vinson.
He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Melanie McClellan; stepson, Luke Carnathan (Trish); step-grandchildren, Braeden Kehoe and Alana Carnathan; and brothers, Glynn McMillen (Earlene) and Alvin McMillen (Debbie)
Visitation will be held Friday, May 2nd, 2025, from 10am-11am at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. A memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Claunch will follow at the funeral home.
