Mike was a faithful member of The Exchange church in Pearl. Also known as “Santa Mike”, he loved children and serving vulnerable adults. He retired from the Mississippi Protection and Advocacy Center and then went on to Santa School where he became a professional Santa serving in various places in the Community.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, William J. and Betty Mae Everett; and nephew, Everett Duran.
He is survived by his brothers, Ben Everett (Marjorie), Sam Everett, and Jim Kittrell; sister, Frances Duran (Larry); nephews, B.J. Everett, Thomas Everett, and Tommy Kittrell; nieces, Dawn Cavanough, Elon Espey, Glynna Griffin, and Susan Strickland; great nephews, Reed Fisher and Owen Fisher; and great nieces, Alyssa Arterburn, Olivia, Lilian and Luna Everett, Ava Espey, and Olivia and Ella Fisher.
