Brenda (Beeney) S Hill

Born July 20, 1962 in Pekin to Donald George and Martha Viola (Cornwell) Beeney, Sr., she married Darren Hill.  He preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her father; one brother, Danny Beeney; and two sisters, Patricia Beeney and Sheila Beeney.

Surviving are her mother, Martha Beeney of Pekin; one son, Cruz Valenzuela of Pekin; two daughters, Kendra Valenzuela of East Peoria and Casey Hill of Pekin; three grandchildren; one brother, Donald (Kathy) Beeney, Jr. of Pekin; one sister, Carol (Larry) Porter of Mapleton; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Brenda was working as a counselor at the House of Hope in Pekin, last working May 17th.  Previously, she worked at G & D Integrated.

Her visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.  There will be no service and cremation will follow after the visitation.  There will be a gathering at the AMVETS Post 235 in Pekin Wednesday evening after the visitation.
