Born on June 22, 1950 in Pekin to Kenneth and Phyllis (Benassi) Smithee, she married Walter “Bill” William Killen on January 10, 1969 in Pekin. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Tamela Davis of Florida; one son, Devin (Beth) Killen of Tremont and two grandchildren, Jacob Davis and Kristin Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cathy worked as a Bus Driver for Hoyle Transportation serving the Pekin and Manito Schools Districts.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Pekin.
Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday April 25, 2025 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Brad Marshall will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be at Spring Lake Township Cemetery in Manito.
