Born March 25, 1919 in Peoria to Nate and Clara (Hill) Swords, she married William Edward Curtis on September 17, 1938 in Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her husband on January 2, 1985 in Peoria; 1 son, Terry: and 1 sister.
Surviving are 3 sons, Robert (Hope) Curtis of Tucson, Arizona, Bill Curtis of VanHorn, Texas, and Rick Curtis of Morton; 1 daughter, Deena Rogers of Morton; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Edith Donovan; and 2 brothers, William Swords and Robert Edward Swords.
A homemaker, Cedona enjoyed sewing, quilting and reading.
She was also a NASCAR fan, especially Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
Cremation will be accorded. There will be no service or visitation. Burial of cremains will be in Roberts Cemetery in Morton.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
