Cherie A Hedrick-Grimm

She was born April 8, 1951 in Litchfield to Melvin and Geraldine Bezaire Streeb. Her parents preceded her in death.

Surviving are one son, Jeffery (Tammy) Hedrick of Pekin; one daughter, Erica Montgomery of Mt. Pulaski; four grandchildren; one brother, Michael (Connie) Naffziger of Danvers; and one step-sister, Mary Lynn (Jim) Snyder of Deer Creek.

Cherie last worked as a hostess at the Lincoln Depot Restaurant in Lincoln.

She was a member of the Mackinaw Christian Church. Cherie was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Mackinaw Historic Society.

An animal lover, she also enjoyed sewing, needle point, cross stitch, quilting, and restoring antique furniture.

Hermemorial service will beat 1 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008at the Mackinaw Christian Church in Mackinaw. The Rev. Kevin Robbins will officiate. Cremation will be accorded.Arrangements have been entrusted to the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel.
