Deloris Jean Stewart

Born January 29, 1945 in Bell City, Missouri to Henry F. and Rosezella (Ward) McCulley, she married Wendell Stewart on March 17, 1961. He died May 31, 1994. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one granddaughter, Cambria Brill; one great-granddaughter, Jayda; four brothers and one sister.

Surviving are four daughters, Joann Hostetter of Arkansas, Pam (Steve) Sauders of Tremont, Rose (Rob) Jordan and Angie (David) Brill both of Pekin; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

A homemaker, Deloris enjoyed sending cards and letters to friends and family, giving hugs, attending church and faithfully reading her Bible.

Deloris was a member of Revive Church in East Peoria.

Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Revive Church in East Peoria. Pastor Robert Finley will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before the funeral at the church. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
