Born December 31, 1937 in Ramsey to Eustace and Gladys (Foy) Miller, he married Vanna Jane Lewis on January 25, 2013 in Bloomington.
Surviving are his wife; and two sons, Christopher Miller of Corbett, Oregon and Timothy Miller of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Glen formerly owned and operated Peoria Roofing for 20 years.
He had served in the Illinois National Guard.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
