She was born March 3, 1941 in West Salem, Wisconsin to William and Nellie (Peterson) Wieburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; long time partner, Kurt Rankin; three sisters, Thelma Stewart, Wilma Bearden and Evelyn Montgomery and two brothers, Bill Wieburg and Clarence Bolstad.
Surviving are two children, Lolani Lekkas of Iowa and Brian (Kim) Castellani of Wisconsin; three grandchildren; one sister, Diane Robbins of Pekin; one brother, Don (Diana) Wieburg of Villages, Florida and many nieces and nephews.
Frances worked at Kmart in Morton and Pekin and previously at Walmart in Pekin.
She loved dogs and enjoyed flower gardening.
There are no scheduled services at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
