Born on February 5th, 1987 in Watertown, South Dakota. Heath was the cherished son of Kelvin and Loretta Hagen. From a young age, Heath’s gentle demeanor and approachable personality made him a friend to many. He brought laughter and warmth to every room he entered, but the proudest moments came from being a devoted father to his children, Christopher, Trae, Haedynn and Nicali. The time he spent with them, no matter what it was, brought Heath profound joy and peace. Especially when he could teach them the peaceful art of fishing or sharing in a day of laughter. This was the greatest milestone of his life. Heath relished every moment spent with his family.

Whether through heartfelt conversations, facebook or snapchat posts, or the rap lyrics he penned, Heath sought to inspire and uplift others with his words. His passion for music and spirituality was evident to all who knew him and he found unique ways to express his beliefs and emotions.
Heath shared his love for carpentry, which he learned from his father Kelvin, along with gathering old cars to fix up or collect old items with those around him. His time at the farm with his Mom and Dad along with the kids was never dull! There was always something to do for him there and the tranquility for him was priceless.
Heath attended grade school in Summit, South Dakota and finished his education in Florence, South Dakota where he was a proud member of the Florence Lutheran Parish.
