

Born August 27, 1963 in Peoria to Franklin Norman and Donna Rae (Sayers) Cleaver, Sr., he married Teresa Lynn Bianchi on July 21, 2001 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are five children, Bianca (Clint) McDonald of Oahu, Hawaii, Luciana Landry of Pekin, Alyssa Landry of Seattle, Washington, Ashlie (Jeffrey) Inman and Logan Cleaver, both of Pekin; eleven grandchildren, Mahea, Kekona, Zaira, Kaimana, Blakely, Fallon, Raevyn, Lilly, Carter, Gavin and Leiana; one sister, Janet Cleaver of Rochelle; three brothers, Dennis (Jane) Cleaver of Kewanee, Richard (Sherry) Cleaver and Frank (Tara) Cleaver, both of Pekin and his mother-in-law, Doris Jane “Dee” Bianchi of Pekin. He also leaves his son’s beloved dog, Buddy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Austin Dakota Cleaver on March 15, 2021 in Pekin and his father-in-law, Adolph “Babe” Bianchi.
Kenny was a maintenance worker at the UAW Senior Citizens Center in Pekin for the past 10 years, last working on Friday. He previously worked for Sommer Products in Bartonville for 25 years.
Kenny loved camping and fishing with family and friends. He also enjoyed slot car racing with his brothers-in-law, John and Tony and his great friends, Derek, Jim, Gil, Jack, Dillard, Joe, Richard, Randy and Larry. Kenny also loved trips in his motor home with his wife and mudding in his side-by-side Razor. He was a member of Pekin Moose Family Center 916.
A gathering celebrating Kenny's life will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Pekin Moose Family Center. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
