

Born July 28, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri to Edward W. and Lucille J. (Lynn) Walker, she married William Barth on January 8, 1972 in Havana. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Daryl (Amy) Barth of East Peoria, Ed Barth of Havana; two daughters, Mary (Robert) Emrick and Julie (David) Brightwell, both of Springfield; six grandchildren, Sarah, James, Lainey, Addison, Landyn and Madison; one great-granddaughter, Paisley and one brother, James T. Walker of Havana.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Lynn had worked as a bank teller for Associated Bank in Havana for 2 years. Prior to that, she had been an assistant store manager for Oney’s Grocery Store in Havana for several years.
She had attended Central Christian Church in Havana.
A loving and devoted mother and grandmother, Lynn had been a “long suffering Chicago Cubs fan”, she was an avid NASCAR fan, especially Jeff Gordon. She was also deeply involved in the Barth Racing family racing program.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Following Lynn’s wishes, her body has been donated to medical science. Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is assisting the family with arrangements.
