EAST PEORIA ~ Merle A. Brown, 89, of 200 South West Street, Apartment 7, Fairmount, passed away at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Proctor Hospital in Peoria. Local survivors include his daughter, Debra White of East Peoria.His funeral was held Saturday, January 13, 2007. Burial was in Fairfield Cemetery in Newman.Arrangements were entrusted to the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel.
