

She was born January 3, 1942 in Johnson County to Robert Clinton and Tella Mae (Gore) Turner. Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Keith E. (Dana) Richardson of South Pekin; one daughter, Rebecca A. "Becky" Richardson of Marquette Heights, four grandchildren, Brandon M. Richardson of Pekin, Ryan K. Richardson and Dallas M. Richardson, both of Marquette Heights, and Sarah R. Richardson of South Pekin; one brother, Gary (Charlotte) Turner of North Pekin; and two sisters, Olive (Jerry) Richardson of Delavan, and Ruth Ann Hamlin of South Fulton, Tennessee.
Nancy worked for many years as a drapery maker for Craig Upholstery in Peoria, retiring in 2002.
She attended Lighthouse Church of God in Pekin, where she was involved in the puppet ministry.
Nancy enjoyed needle work, sewing, and quilting.
Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2007at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. The Rev. Samuel Barger will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2007at Cypress Fraternal Cemetery in Cypress.
