She was born January 5, 1950 in Havana to Alvin and Margaret (Dillon) Spilker. She married Glenn Hough on February 27, 1976 in Little America. He passed away December 17, 2017 in Havana. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother-in-law, John Dowell; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Louis and Charlotte Hough.
Survivors include three sons: Jim Hough of Peoria, Steven Hough of Peoria, Ryan Hough of Liverpool, IL; one step-daughter, Julie Hough-Wade of St. Charles, MO; three grandchildren: Emmaline Hough, Madeline Hough, and Karli Hough all of Canton. She is also survived by one sister, Bonnie Dowell of Pekin; one brother, Alvin (Lorenda) Spilker of Lewistown; and a special friend and caregiver for Priscilla, Will Baker of Peoria.
Priscilla was a homemaker and animal lover.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Pekin. Rev. Dan Bishop will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Home in Pekin is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
