Roger B Armstrong

He was born April 4, 1950 in Bloomington to John Bruce and Lola Mae (Malone) Armstrong. He is preceded in death by his father; two sons, Brent and Michael; one infant daughter, Shanata; one brother, Dennis and one sister, Theda.

Surviving are his mother, Lola Martin of Booneville, MO; two sons, Dylan and Christopher; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jim (Sandy) Armstrong of Manito, Tommy Armstrong of Anderson, SC and Doug (Olivia) Armstrong of Booneville, MO; two sisters, Kathy Felmey of Pekin and Loria Brown of Manito and several nieces and nephews.

He had worked at Caterpillar, Inc. in East Peoria and last worked as a carpenter out of the local carpenter hall.

Roger enjoyed fishing and was an avid motorcycle rider.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services or visitation.
