Born August 20, 1962 in Pekin to Ollie (Davis) Brackett, he married Elaine Miller on November 11, 2000 in South Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are three siblings, Steven Brackett of South Pekin, Ann (Fred) Bennett of Delevan and Jacob Brackett of Pekin and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents.
He worked as a laborer at KMI Packaging & Exporting, retiring in 2023.
Roger enjoyed fishing and riding his bike. He was also an animal lover.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
