Born July 16, 1943 in Springfield, Missouri to Berl and Christine (Rech) Reaves, she married Ronald D. Miller on November 12, 1960 in Pekin. He passed away October 9, 1982 in Pekin. She also was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Eugene Reaves.
Surviving are one son, Dean Allen (Cory) Miller of Laferia, Texas; one daughter, Rhonda Lynn Schaumleffel of Brownsville, Texas; three grandchildren; and one brother, William “Bill” (Charlotte) Reaves of Pekin.
A homemaker, Rosalie enjoyed crocheting. She also was a fanatical St. Louis Cardinals fan.
She loved her Lord and Savior and was of the Lutheran faith (Missouri Synod).
Private graveside rites will be held in the Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. There will be no visitation. Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of arrangements.
