Susan J Griffith

Born July 28, 1945 in Galesburg to Ralph and Bernita (James) Tasker, she married George Griffith on June 20, 1964 in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, James Griffith of Peoria; three daughters, Laura Griffith of Peoria Heights, Tanya Griffith of Creve Coeur, Sharon Griffith of Peoria Heights; five grandchildren; six brothers and five sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother and one sister.

A homemaker, Susan enjoyed going to garage sales and finding collectible items. She also enjoyed taking care of kids, shopping and watching television.

Her visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur. There will be no services. Following visitation, cremation will be accorded. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
