

Born February 3, 1961 in Pekin, she was the daughter of Alonzo Albert "Lonie" and Sharon Kay (Knackmuhs) Reynolds. She married Ralph Edward Weiler in 1979 in Pekin. She later married Jeffery Scott Bell in 1988 in Pekin. He died July 19, 1995 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her father on March 28, 1997 in Pekin.
Surviving are three sons, Ryan E. Weiler of Morton, Eric S. Weiler of Omaha, Nebraska, and Aaron K. Weiler of Morton; her mother of Pekin; two brothers, Dale E. (Vanessa) Reynolds of Low Point and Lonnie L. (Heather) Reynolds of Manito; three sisters, Yalonda F. (Frank) Hall of Pekin, Dawn M. (J.D.) Emrie of Metamora, and Chelsey M. Reynolds of Pekin; fiancé, Chris Clark of Morton; one step-son, Jeffery Bell, Jr. of Washington; and one step-daughter, Whitney Bell of Carbondale. She also leaves her dogs, Lucy and Jesse.
Taunya worked at Sally Beauty Supply in Pekin for the past two years, the last year as the manager. She last worked Wednesday. Previously, she operated Delshire Stables in McNaughton Park in rural Pekin for several years.
She attended Northwoods Community Church in Peoria.
Taunya enjoyed horseback riding, sewing, and making crafts. She was an Elliott Sadler NASCAR fan.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2006at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Valley Cemetery in Green Valley.
