

He was born April 27, 1962 in Peoria to Lubie and Priscilla “Penny” (Parmele) Davis.
Surviving are his mother, Penny Walker of Canton; father and step-mother, Lubie (Patti) Davis of Panama City, Florida; eight siblings, Cindy (Mike) Weibring, Robert Davis, Stacey (Carey) Ogborn and Mary (David) Artman, all of Pekin, Richard (Tina) Davis of Clarksville, Tennessee, Robin (Jake) Hahn of Soldotna, Alaska, Robert (Andi) Walker of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Amy (Bob) Cunningham of Secor.
He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Cheri Davis, step-father, Robert Walker and his grandparents.
Thomas served in the Army Reserves Transportation Unit in Bartonville.
He worked as an HVAC Technician for the Breeden Company in Virginia. He also served two terms on the city council in Quantico, Virginia. He loved his community. Prior to HVAC, he worked as a painter for military housing
Thomas loved to talk about cars, especially his 1978 25th Silver Anniversary Corvette. He also loved showing his Corvette at car shows and parades.
Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements. There will be no services or visitation. A gathering celebrating Thomas’ life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
