Born October 27, 1964 in Pekin, he was the son of Raymond and Betty (Mitchell) Bailey.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 20 years, Lisa Ann Bailey. He is also survived by three sons, three daughters, ten grandchildren, one great-grandson, five siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
Todd was an avid lover of music. He was never happier than when spending time with his grandchildren and singing. He never met a stranger and was always the life of a party.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, with inurnment in Forest City Cemetery. Todd’s wishes were for no funeral. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
