Vicki Sue Beckhoff

Born October 21, 1945 in Peoria to Hilbert and Hazel (Redmond) Adams, she married William Hendricks on March 10, 1966. She later married Gary Lee Beckhoff on November 6, 1999 in Toledo, Ohio. He died November 28, 2020 in Peoria. She was also in preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, who raised her, George Peck; two step-sons; two brothers and one sister.

Surviving are two daughters, Tonya Hieser of Marquette Heights and Kim (Andrew) Baker of Pekin; one step-daughter, Christine (Michael) Rybka of Perrysburg, Ohio; five grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and one sister, Edella Haller of Bartonville.

A homemaker and caregiver with the biggest heart, Vicki’s greatest joy was found in spending quality time with her friends, family and her beloved dog, Mickey.

Her private funeral will be at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Steve Weber will officiate. Burial will be at Prairie Haven in Cemetery.
