He was a loving brother, husband, father, grandpa, great-grandfather, biker, and friend. Bill served in the Air National Guard as a fire fighter, and gave 15 years to the Village of North Pekin Fire Department. He put his heart and soul into everything he set his mind to. Bill played tennis for Caterpillar in the 70s and retired in 1997. Bill loved to bowl, and was in a league during the 80s and 90s. Bill loved his family more than anything else, and supported his children in all their crazy endeavors.
Bill is leaving behind many who love and will miss him - wife Kathy; sister. Vicki Van Doren (Dave); and brother, Edward Jackson (Pamela); daughter Stephanie Johnson (Jeff); sons, Anthony, and Andrew (Kate); grandchildren, Zach, Brock, Jace, Luke, Levi, Makenzie, Maddie, Wyatt; and great-grandchild, Toby.
Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the North Pekin Fire Department. Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
