

Ann W. Warren, age 77, of Hoover, Alabama, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, affectionately known as "Me-Mom" and "GG-Mom," passed from this life to her heavenly reward on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, surrounded by her family.
Born in Goshen, Alabama, Ann lived and worked in the Montgomery/Prattville, Alabama area as a bookkeeper for several decades and later retired to the Birmingham/Hoover area. She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene B. Warrick; father, Joseph E. Warrick; and brother, Joe D. Warrick, all of Montgomery.
Survivors include Ann's devoted husband of 57 years, David Warren, Sr.; two children, David Warren, Jr.
(Debra) of Hoover and Donna Warren of Montevallo, Alabama; six grandchildren, Kayla Miles (Jake), Joshua Flanary (Shauna), Michael Warren (Elizabeth), Stephen Flanary, Benjamin Flanary, and Hannah-Beth Warren; three great-grandchildren, Caleb Flanary, Jocelynn Flanary, and Annie-Grace Warren; sister-in-law, June Warrick; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ann led a life of faith in Jesus Christ and was a member of Alabaster Church of God. She was an avid reader who also loved spending time with her family, going to church, and listening to southern gospel music. Her greatest gift to her family was her love for the Lord.
Ann's last days were spent praising God and telling others how important it is to trust and serve Him. Although she will be greatly missed, her legacy will live on in the lives of those she impacted for eternity.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Montevallo Church
of God, immediately followed by the funeral at 11:30 a.m. at the church. The gravesite committal service will be at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo.
