Duncan, Barry R. of Vestavia Hills passed away on Monday, December 27, 2010. He was retired from the National Guard and was a member of the Masons. Barry is survived by his wife, Frederica Duncan; daughters, Towannah Bishop, Melinda Duncan, Lori Outland (Guy) and Wendy Watson; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Mozelle Smith, Violet Latta, Joan Knox and Sonja Isbell. There will be a visitation on Thursday, December 30, 2010 beginning at 1:00 PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Southern Heritage Cemetery.
