He is survived by his wife, Candice Adkinson Burton; parents, Roger D. and Cecilia Lett Burton; sons, Joseph Bradley Burton, Roger Codis Burton; daughter, Eva Kathryn Burton; brother, Barry Dale Burton; sister, Brooke Dunham (William); mother and father-in-law, Eva and Wayne Adkinson; sister-in-law, Kathryn Adkinson Stout (Jonathan); niece, Cecilia Judith Dunham; nephews, Walter Burton Dunham, William King Dunham IV, Camden Edward Stout, and Grayson Wayne Stout.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Dawson Memorial Baptist Church beginning at 9:30am until service time at 11:00am, Pastors Andy Cartee and William Dunham officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
