Bruce Patrick Leonard. 56 formerly with Compass Bank and the Bankers Bank of Atlanta. Passed away Thursday April 1, 2010 in the evening. He attended and graduated from Samford University, and the Louisiana School of Banking. He attended the Church of the Highlands, and was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Marretta, GA. He was preceded in death by his father M. Burke Leonard, and his brother Robert John Leonard. He is survived by his son Bradley Patrick Leonard of Birmingham, and his daughter Lauren (Taylor) Jones of Nashville, TN, his mother Margaret Leonard,and his sister Suzanne Griggs, his Fiance Barbara Kontos as well as many friends and relatives.
A memorial service will be held for Bruce on Wednesday April 7, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Al.
