With sorrow, we announce the death of Curtis Allen Mallory of Hoover, Alabama on Friday evening, January 29, 2016. He was born in Anniston, Alabama, where he lived until 1957 when he moved to the Birmingham, Alabama area.
Curtis founded and operated Mallory Cooling & Heating until his late 80's. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving in World War II.
Curtis will be remembered for his willingness to help his children and for his love for dancing. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Sain (Randy), Nancy Watkins, and Jane Turner (Kim); eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama, immediately followed by the 11 a.m. funeral in Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel. The graveside service will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at New Highland Cemetery in Anniston.
