

"Dea" will be remembered by family and friends for her out-going, fun-loving personality, her dedication to serving others through her church, and her love of singing in church choirs, solos, and the Songbirds group. She was a current member of Southcrest Baptist Church, and was a former member of Westwood Baptist Church.
Dea was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Allen Green, and her son, Dr. Greg Allen Green.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell Wayne Campbell, Sr.; daughter, Rhonda Green; son, Jeff Green and his wife Jennifer; grandsons, Luke Dunn, Cooper Green, Carter Green, and Carson Ballagas; sister, Sandra, and her husband William; nephews, Andrew, Stephen, and Matthew; great-niece, Alexis; and one great-great-niece.
Dea is also survived by her step-children, Wayne Campbell and his wife Jessica, Jeany Underberg and her husband Bob, Denise Edmondson and her husband Chuck, and Darrell Campbell Jr. and his wife Malissa; 16 step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama, on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 12 noon to 2 p.m., followed by A Service of Thanks to God for Dea's Life at 2 p.m. Pastor Scott Bush will officiate. The private gravesite committal will be officiated by Pastor Saint Green.
