Pete was a devoted husband and father. He was a selfless gentleman and true family man who would do anything for anyone while wanting nothing in return.
After graduating from Berry High School, Pete earned his Business degree from Auburn University. He was owner of Systems Realty & Associates for several years in the Birmingham, AL area.
Pete was a member of Riverchase Country Club. His favorite pastimes included golf, hunting, and avidly supporting the Auburn Tigers.
Pete was predeceased by his parents, Martha Mitchell Stover and Charles Jordan Stover, and one brother, Charles Jordan Stover, Jr. Survivors include Pete's wife of 26 years, Timi Curcio Stover; one daughter, Riley Hollan Stover; one son, Bredt Mitchell Stover; and one sister, Martha Diane Stover.
The family will greet friends 12-1 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, immediately followed by A Service of Remembrance for Pete at 1 p.m. at the funeral home's chapel.
